해결방법 :

PNR 생성 후 추가로 PNR 에 입력된 정보를 저장하려고 할때 나오는 에러 반응으로 항공사에서 메시지가 추가되고, 사용자도 입력한 메시지를 저장하려고 할때 메시지가 충돌나는 경우 입니다. 

처리방법 : IR 명령어를 해서 항공사에서 들어온 메시지를 전송 받은 후 다시 작업하여 저장해야 합니다.

Understanding “Simultaneous Changes” Message

During the commit stage (when a newly issued ticket is in the process of being pushed onto the face of the PNR) the warning message SIMULTANEOUS CHANGES TO PNR - USE IR TO IGNORE AND RETRIEVE PNR may appear.

When this warning is returned, the system did not immediately update the PNR with the ticket data. If the system is able to retain it, the API will update the PNR with the ticket information approximately 15 minutes after the message occurs.

We recommend reviewing the agency audit trail (using DailySalesReportLLSRQ) and validating the PNR information (using GetReservationRQ). If the ticket number does not appear in the GetReservationRQ response, but displays in the agency audit trail (DailySalesReportLLSRQ response), we recommend voiding and re-issuing the ticket.

SIMULTANEOUS CHANGES TO PNR – USE WRA/RT TO PRINT OR IGNORE

문제/원인

You might receive this error message with an end of transaction entry in a PNR, for example, ETER, or ERK. This error protects the PNR from inconsistencies when it is updated by multiple sources.

Possible causes:

  • Two agents try to retrieve and modify the same PNR at the same time.
  • You try to modify a PNR while an Amadeus or airline automatic process is modifying the PNR.
  • The PNR is locked in the database.
  • The PNR is corrupted, and no updates are possible.

  1. Ignore and redisplay (IR) the PNR.
     
  2. Modify the PNR and try to save the changes with ER or ET.
     
  3. If the problem continues, contact Amadeus Customer Services or log a case with the following information:
    • A clear description of the problem
    • The PNR record locator
    • Office ID and agent sign
    • If you are in graphic mode, the session ID
    • The entry, expected response and received response
    • The timestamp of your entry
      Enter $$DUMP from the command page immediately after your entry and copy the output.
    • Scenario to reproduce the error
